These are my fairly easy to use ‘Tear Overlays’

Just drag and drop the files and select to correct blend mode and you are pretty much good to go

Just a few tweaks with moving and cropping your clips

Files are UHD 3840x2160

Files contain mov clips and png files

I also have files created to use for instagram edits. For Square 1x1 Instagram Posts and Story Sized Overlays

All the ‘PNG’ files go above your video layer with no Blend Mode needed

Then you can choose to add my ‘Matte’ file above the PNG file and set the bend mode to ‘Multiply’ // This will give you that crop look in a UHD timeline which I think looks nice.

But I gave you the option to use the overlays without it too, so don’t use this file if you want to full width

Then add the ‘Mess’ file above the PNG file and set the blend mode to ‘Lighten’, sometimes ‘Screen’ depending on your need

Then the ‘Grain’ overlay as the final file and set the blend mode to ‘Overlay’
